Meetings

SECTION 1

The meetings shall be held at the clubhouse of Timacuan Golf Club following each T.M.G.A event.

SECTION 2 – PROCEDURE
The meetings of the Men’s Association shall utilize the following format as closely as possible.

• President shall call the meeting to order
• Secretary shall read and have minutes approved
• Treasurer’s report read and approved
• Membership committee report
• Tournament committee report
• Old business
• New business
• Announcements
• Meeting adjourned
