Dear Member,

 On behalf of our entire professional staff, I would like to invite you to play in our 2004 Men’s Member-Guest.  As always, this tournament will be the highlight of our golfing year.  From the moment you and your guest arrive, you will be taken care of in a special way.  This event is a great chance to show off Timacuan to your favorite friend, relative, or client. The format is most unique and enjoyed by all levels of play. 

 As always, our entry procedure will be strictly enforced.  We will begin accepting entries on Saturday, February 14th, when our golf shop opens (6:30 a.m.). Members who played in last year’s Member-Guest will have priority as long as their entry is received by 2 p.m. on the 14th.   The only way to enter is to return the enclosed entry form with payment in full.  The entry fee is $450 plus tax ($481.50) or $420 plus tax ($449.40) for private cart owners.  Do not delay as we expect to sell out quickly.  We will be selling hole sponsor signs for this year’s event (click here for sponsor form).

 The following is a brief summary of the format and schedule of events.  At the time of entry, you will receive more detailed information.

 Format:  Member-Guest Team Best Ball Net

 Tees:  Members play tees from which their handicap is established.            

          Guests who are 65 years or older and have a handicap of 18 or higher may play white tees.

          All other guests will play blue tees.

 Thursday, April 1st

Optional practice round.  Starting times available after 11:00 a.m. (Point Quota and Father/Son Game)

Friday, April 2nd

 Saturday, April 3rd

 We encourage you to get your entry in early so that you will be assured of playing in this popular event.  I look forward to seeing you and your guest on April 1st.
